An additional
charge will be made for journeys including multiple pick
up points and for high mileage bookings on half and full
day rates.
Any quote supplied is based on the information
you supply. Changes to your original requirements may attract
a higher fee.
Weddings, tours and trips outside
of the UK require the payment of a 35% deposit. The remainder
of the balance will be required within 14 days of the booking
date. Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is
less than two weeks from the date booked.
AIRPORT PICKUPS
We allow for one hour waiting time at airport
pick ups. Whilst we constantly review changing landing
times of flights to reduce any possible waiting time and
cost to you, any period over one hour will be charged at
our hourly rate. Parking costs are also added to your final
fee.
It is sometimes possible, due to unforeseen
circumstances, that your chauffeur will be late. We ask
that you wait at the Airport Information Desk where your
chauffeur will meet you as soon as possible. If at all
concerned, please ring our office on 07795 415461. We will
not be responsible for additional costs if you decide to
arrange alternative transport.
We reserve the right to change our prices
at any time and without notice. Any price change will affect
only those bookings made after any such changes. |
