These terms and conditions

At Valley Chauffeur Cars we take our responsibilities
to you and your clients seriously. We do ask that you agree
to certain responsibilities also, and that you adhere to
certain terms and conditions as set out below. Booking with
Valley Chauffeur Cars indicates your complete acceptance
of these conditions. 1. Valley Chauffeur Cars operate a strict
non-smoking policy in our vehicles. Your chauffeur will happily
stop for breaks during your journey should you require. We
would ask that you inform us in advance, so that we can allocate
the correct time for your journey.
2. Food and drink may be consumed within
our vehicles at the chauffeur's discretion only. Any unacceptable
soiling or damage to the vehicle will be charged to your
final bill.
3. All Valley Chauffeur Cars vehicles are
maintained to a high standard, both mechanically and visually,
far exceeding that required by law. However, in the event
of a vehicle breakdown, we can not be held responsible for
any costs incurred by yourself or your party.
In the event of a breakdown your chauffeur
will arrange, through our office, additional transport for
you. Should it not be possible to arrange a vehicle of the
same specification for you to continue your journey, we will
of course adjust the final fee to compensate this.
4. Valley Chauffeur Cars reserve the right
to supply a different vehicle to that requested when extenuating
circumstances prevent us from supplying your vehicle preference.
Whilst every effort would be made to supply a vehicle of
equal or higher specification, this can not be guaranteed
in exceptional circumstances. This would of course be reflected
in your final fee.
5. In the event that Valley Chauffeur Cars
are unable to supply a vehicle for your booking, due to circumstances
unforeseen, we reserve the right to contract your booking
to an alternative reputable chauffeur company. This will
not affect any agreed quotation.
6. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
Your chauffeur has the right to refuse entry to the vehicle
or to request that you, your party or a member of your party
leave the vehicle if they deem yours or any of your party’s
behaviour to be unacceptable. Neither yourself or your party
will interfere with or distract your chauffeur.
7. Any damage or soiling to the vehicle will
be the responsibility of the person under whom the booking
is made. As such you agree to reimburse the full cost of
any such damage which will be charged to you at the end of
your journey.
8. Unless otherwise stated, the route of
your journey will be decided by your chauffeur. This may
not always be the fastest or shortest route but will be the
best route in the opinion of your chauffeur, given current
road conditions and advice from traffic reports.
9. Luggage and personal belongings are yours
and your party's responsibility. You must make sure that
you have collected all of your belongings prior to your chauffeur
departing. Please ensure that small items such as mobile
phones, purses and wallets are accounted for before your
chauffeur departs. We can not guarantee that once your chauffeur
has left you, that they will be able to return items left
in the vehicle to you immediately.
It is also your responsibility to notify
us of any excessive baggage. If, at the point of collection,
your chauffeur deems the volume of luggage to be excessive,
we reserve the right to refuse carriage and it will be your
responsibility to arrange alternative carriage.
10. On occasions it is necessary for us to
review and sometimes change our pricing structure and terms
and conditions. We reserve the right to make any such changes
and to make them without notice. Any changes made will apply
to all bookings made after the date of change only.
